Items ship within 3 business days. All candies are prepared in safe and sanitary conditions. Products may contain tree nuts, soy or other potential allergens. **Freeze drying process does not significantly alter nutritional values of the candy. 

We do our best to pack our products so that they are not damaged during shipping, however some candies are fragile after freeze drying. If you receive a product that is badly damaged please shoot a photo of your damaged product and send it to LostBoys@neverlandtreats.com and with the subject line "DAMAGED PRODUCT", we will do our best to rectify that situation with either resending the item or crediting your purchase. We want your Neverland experience to be a wonderful one!
